Throughout the year we run meditation "challenges" that highlight a topic or focus of mindfulness meditation. These events are designed to help you strengthen mindfulness as a skill and teach you how to use meditation as a support during good times and rough patches. Our challenge events also encourage a regular habit of meditation and give us time to practice together.
