Get to a Past Session in the Challenge

Thanks for joining our current meditation challenge! To find previous daily challenge videos and meditations please open the Ten Percent Happier app and follow these steps:

  • Open the Challenge screen if it didn't pop up automatically but tapping on the Challenge banner near the bottom of the screen.
  • Scroll down until you see Missed a Session? 
  • Tap See Past Sessions. Meditations count on the day you actually meditate, not the date the content was released.

If you don't see this in the app please update to the latest version. The best Challenge experience requires the newest updates that you can get by tapping the correct link here from the device you have the app on:  

The Challenge requires at least iOS: 5.5.0 or Android: 2.4.0 so if your device doesn't allow you to update to the most current version of the app, you might need to update your operating system first.
