What to Do When You Miss a Day in the Challenge

Thanks for meditating with us during the Challenge! While it's not possible to make up a missed day, don't worry because you don't have to meditate every day to 'complete' it. As Dan says, "daily-ish counts!" The number of days required for your challenge is at the top of the screen as shown here:

Here's how to revisit a past day's featured session if you want to use it again to strengthen that skill - meditation is definitely a skill!

  • Open the Ten Percent Happier app and the Challenge screen should pop up.
  • Scroll down until you see Missed a Session?
  • Tap See Past Sessions. Meditations count on the day you actually meditate, not the date the content was released.
