Help! I've lost my subscription access!

If you've lost access to your existing subscription, here are some possible solutions:

The first thing to check is that you're logged into the Ten Percent Happier app using the email address or login method you used when purchasing your subscription. Your subscription is tied to your registered account so you'll need to be signed in with that email address to access it. (For detailed instructions on signing into an existing account, please see Sign Into Ten Percent Happier With an Existing Account and Using Sign in with Apple to Sign Into Your Ten Percent Happier Account.)

  1. Tap Profile tab in the app (lower right corner)
  2. Tap Settings (gear icon in upper right corner)
  3. Scroll down to Account
  4. Check which email address is listed there
  5. If it's correct but your subscription is not showing up, please proceed to next sections or email us at support@tenpercent.com
  6. If it is incorrect, please tap on the existing email then tap sign out
  7. When you're back at the welcome screen you can sign back into the app choosing Already have an account? Sign in at the bottom of the page and using your correct email.

If you're signed into your correct account and purchased your subscription via Apple iTunes or Google Play in the app:
  1. Tap Profile tab in the app (lower right corner)
  2. Tap Settings (gear icon in upper right corner)
  3. Scroll down to Subscription (on iOS) or Account (on Android)
  4. Tap on Restore Purchases
  5. If your subscription access isn't restored, please contact us.

  • If you're logged into the Ten Percent Happier app on your device the best way to contact us is through the app's settings. When you contact us this way the app automatically includes some information that is often helpful to us in resolving your issue. Here's how to send that email:
    • Open the app
    • Open the Profile tab in the lower right corner
    • Tap the Settings gear icon in the upper right corner
    • Scroll down and tap Email Support
    • Add your text to this pre-populated email being sure to leave the information below the dotted lines intact
    • Send us this email message.
  • If you cannot log into the app, please email us directly at support@tenpercent.com.
  • If you have a copy of your receipt or other information pertaining to your purchased subscription, please include that in any email to us so we can help you restore your subscription access.
