🧘 What's the appropriate meditation length?
Most folks start with 5-15 minutes and then build from there. More important than length of time is consistency — it's ideal if you can find time for at least one meditation session every day. As Dan likes to say, even one minute counts! In fact, if your schedule is quite busy and you’re not sure how to fit the practice in, Dan’s course on the app titled One Minute Counts may be especially helpful for you.
Additionally, many of the guided meditations on the app are adjustable, so you can choose the length that works best for your schedule and practice goals. When practicing without guidance, our Unguided (Timer) allows you to set a time interval that works well for you.
