Group Classes and Meditations

Welcome to Ten Percent Happier group classes and guided meditations, in person, with our amazing coaches and staff! (Or at least on video. 😉) These video classes are an opportunity for you to ask questions, learn more about mindfulness, and meditate with others in the Ten Percent Happier community. We're currently offering 15 minute guided meditations and longer sessions, up to 55 minutes, that include a topic your teacher will speak on, a guided meditation, and time to ask questions.

Sign Up for a Class

Once you're enrolled in the program, you'll sign up for individual classes and meditations inside the Ten Percent Happier app using these steps:

  • Open your Profile in the Ten Percent Happier app.
    • iPhone or iPad: Tap the Profile icon in the upper, left corner of the screen.
    • Android phones or tablets: Tap the Profile icon in the upper, right corner of the screen.
  • Tap Manage Bookings.
  • Scroll down to Live Sessions.
  • Tap View All.
  • Tap the session you'd like to attend.
  • Tap Continue.
  • Tap Reserve My Spot.

We'll send you an email to confirm your reservation and give you the Zoom link for the session. If you've never used Zoom before or it's been a while, please download the free Zoom app, create an account and get signed in. During the Class

You don't need to prepare or bring anything special to class. Wear comfortable clothes and be in a place that's comfortable to sit for a little while. We look forward to seeing you there!
