How to share your new Teams subscription with your employees
Welcome to the Ten Percent Happier app! We're excited that you've chosen to invest in your employees' mental health. If you've already purchased a subscription for your team, this article will help you roll it out across your organization.
Step 1: Get your employee signup link
Giving access to your team works by sharing a simple, unique link to all of your employees. Employees sign up for a Ten Percent Happier account using this link, which allows them to avoid paying for a subscription themselves. To find your Team's unique link, first login to the Ten Percent Happier Teams page by going here: https://app.tenpercent.com/teams/sign_in
Once you successfully login, you will see your Teams admin page which allows you to see information about your team and subscription:Towards the bottom of this page, you will see a section that says "Share this link with your team". Click on the copy icon next to the text box to copy the link:
The link should look something like: https://teams.tenpercent.com/redeem?team=eW91ci10ZWFtLX7hbQR1=. Even though those letters and numbers look confusing, our fancy meditation servers know exactly what to do with them.
Reminder that anyone with this link can sign up for an account, so be careful with who you share it with!
Step 2: Let employees know
Next, you should share the link copied from Step 1 with anyone in your organization that would like access to the Ten Percent Happier app. Letting people know a bit more about Ten Percent Happier can go a long way to help them get excited about meditation, so we've written some copy to help you out:
