We deeply believe approaching meditation with realistic expectations and a boatload of humor makes it far more likely to stick. And as science has shown us: forming a meditation habit means you're more likely to be happier, healthier, and have stronger relationships with friends and colleagues. Who is Teams for?

Teams is designed for small and medium sized companies (ranging from a few to 500 or so employees) where you're looking for an easy-to-manage subscription to the Ten Percent Happier app for you and your colleagues. We believe meditation can have powerful positive effects on many types of organizations, and Dan Harris' mix of humor, self-deprecation, and real wisdom is the perfect balance to turn skeptical employees into realistic practitioners. If your experience with meditation is more 😬 than 😇, Ten Percent Happier is for you.

How much does it cost?

Our goal is to make meditation accessible to the masses. We have priced Teams as a sliding discount the more seats you purchase. So for a small company of 5, you'll pay $7.00 per user per month when billed annually. As the number of seats that you purchase increases, the cost per user goes down. Additionally, you can choose to pay monthly or annually depending on what suits your organization best (annual billing saves 20% off the monthly price).

How does it work?

When you sign up for a Teams account, you (or whoever the first person is to sign up) are the administrator of the account for the entire company. Upon signup, you enter the number of seats that you'd like to purchase for your team and pay that amount for the first month/year and each successive month/year thereafter until you cancel. A magic link is generated that only the administrator can see. The administrator can send this link to employees to allow them to create their own Ten Percent Happier account (for free) that's associated with your team. Each time an employee signs up for an account using the magic link, your total number of remaining seats is reduced by one. Employees can continue using the Ten Percent Happier app and all of our meditations and video content until you cancel your Teams account.

Type in the number of team members/seats you'd like to purchase and select the Annual or Monthly plan. The pricing will be updated to reflect your selection. Once you're happy with your options, click "Get Started with Teams" to begin the signup process. Here you'll create an account, enter your team's name, and punch in those handy credit card details.
