How do I cancel an employee account?

If an employee wishes to cancel their subscription:

Please email our customer support team at support@tenpercent.com and include the email address of the employee wishing to be removed from your Team. Once their subscription access is canceled, your available seat count will increase by one.

If an employee wishes to delete their account:

Please have that employee email our customer support team at  support@tenpercent.com with their request for their account to be deleted in its entirety. Our team will remove them from your Team and delete their Ten Percent Happier account.

If you wish to cancel your Ten Percent Happier Teams account:

  1. To manage or cancel your subscription, please email our customer support team at support@tenpercent.com and include the email address you used to register your subscribed Teams account.
  2. If you're unsure of the email or login method you used when purchasing your subscription, sharing the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase is may help us to locate your account.
