Mark Content as Favorites

You can save your favorite Ten Percent Happier app content for easy access by tapping the heart ♡ icon.

You can favorite the following kinds of app content:

  • Individual lessons (video + meditation) from a Course, but not the entire Course.
  • Individual meditations from the Singles section of the app, but not a whole Topic in the Singles tab.
  • Individual meditations from the Sleep section of the app.
  • Individual podcast or talk episodes from the Podcasts section of the app.

Android Devices

  • Tap the heart ♡ icon to mark something as a favorite.
  • Tap the heart ♡ icon again to unfavorite it.

Where to Find Your Favorites

  • Your favorited content from the entire app is available from your profile. Tap the Profile icon in the upper, right corner. Scroll down to tap on Favorites.

Apple Devices 

There are two ways to favorite a meditation.
  • If there's a ♡ icon to the right of the Play button:
    • Tap it to Favorite a meditation.
    • Tap it again to Unfavorite the meditation.
  • If there's no ♡ icon next to the Play button:
    • Tap the menu button ⋯ in the upper, right corner of the screen.
    • Tap Add to Favorites in the menu that pops up.
    • Tap the menu button ⋯ in the upper, right corner of the screen.
    • Tap Add to Favorites in the menu that pops up.
Where to find your favorites.
  • There will be a folder in the Singles section of your app with all your favorite single guided meditations.
  • Your favorited content from the entire app is available from your profile. Tap the Profile icon in the upper, left corner. Scroll down to tap on Favorites.
  • If your version of the app includes Home (currently available to all iOS app users) the All Favorites box on your Home screen includes your favorited content from the entire app.
