How to manage a subscription to the Ten Percent Happier app purchased through the Google Play Store.

How can I find my receipt?

To find the receipt from Google Play for your Ten Percent Happier subscription please check the email address you use for your account with them. They would send the receipt there.

When does my subscription end or renew? How much does my subscription cost?

Google Play has a couple of support articles you might find helpful. Please click on this link to Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play. These pages have links and information on how to find the subscription and renewal date, pausing or restarting your subscription and making other changes. 

How can I change my payment method?

If you think there's an issue with your payment method on file with Google Play, or if you need to change the default payment method, please see this Google support article: Add, remove, or edit your payment method.

How can I cancel?

Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Check that you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap Menu (3 small horizontal lines) and then Subscriptions.
  4. Select the Ten Percent Happier subscription.
  5. Tap "Cancel subscription".
  6. Follow the instructions.
