Update Your Ten Percent Happier App

Some features of the Ten Percent Happier are available only in our newer versions so it's always a good idea to keep the app fully updated. Here's how to check for available updates:

Apple Devices

• Open this article on the same phone you use for the app and tap here: Update Link to Apple's App Store.

Or you can follow these steps on your iPhone or iPad:

• Open the App Store.
• Tap Search, the magnifying glass, in the menu bar.
• Search for Ten Percent Happier.
• Open to the Ten Percent Happier app page in the App Store.
• If there's an update available, you'll see an oval with the word update in it that you can tap to complete the download.

Android Devices

• Open this article on the same phone you use for the app and tap here: Update Link to the Google Play Store.

Or you can follow these steps on your Android device:

• Open the Google Play Store.
• Search for Ten Percent Happier.
• If there's an update available, you'll see a green rectangle with the word update in it that you can tap to complete the download.
