How to Tell What Version of the App You're Using

Whenever possible please update your Ten Percent Happier app to the most recent version so you'll have all our current content and new features. 

Here's how to find out what version of the Ten Percent Happier app you have on your device:

• Open your Profile in the Ten Percent Happier app.
  • iPhone or iPad: Tap the Profile icon in the upper, left corner of the screen.
  • Android phone or tablets: Tap the Profile icon in the upper, right corner of the screen.
• Tap Settings (gear icon) in the upper, right corner
• Scroll to the very bottom of the screen where you'll see the App Version.
