Unguided (Timer) Meditation in the App
Want to try meditating on your own and still get credit for the time in the app? You can use the Unguided (Timer) meditation. To find it tap on the Singles button in the menu at the bottom of the screen. Scroll down to the Advanced and Unguided folder - it's in there. (If you're reading this on the mobile device the Ten Percent Happier app is installed on, you can also tap here to open it.)
You can change the amount of time before the ending bell by tapping the black oval at the bottom of the screen with a number of minutes in it.
Don't forget to scroll to get to the longer meditation lengths if you'd like to try that out.
And for ease of finding the timer again, you might also consider marking it as a favorite!
