Download the Ten Percent Happier App

The Ten Percent Happier app is available for iOS (on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch), Apple Watch, and Android mobile devices. You can download the iOS app in the Apple App Store and the Android app in the Google Play store. 

At this time, the Ten Percent Happier app is not available through a web browser or on desktop computers. Please check out our Help Center article Ten Percent Happier on a Computer for more information on what content you can access through the web.

Apple Customers

Please download the Ten Percent Happier app from the Apple App Store. The download is free. Once you have the app downloaded you can use the free contents or choose a free trial or subscription.

To use Ten Percent Happier on an Apple device your operating system needs to be iOS 15 or higher. To use Ten Percent Happier on your Apple Watch your Watch needs to have watchOS 6 or higher.
