Best for Troubleshooting the app: If you're signed into the Ten Percent Happier app on your iPhone, iPad or Android mobile device, the best way to contact us is through the settings. When you contact us this way the app automatically includes some information that might help us solve your problem. Here's how to send that email:
Open the app.
Open your Profile tab:
iPhone and iPad, tap the profile icon in the upper, left hand corner of the app.
Android, look in the lower, right hand corner of the app.
Tap Settings (gear icon in upper right corner).
Scroll down and tap Contact under SUPPORT. If an email doesn't open up automatically, you'll need to sign into the email app on your mobile device. This might be Apple Mail, Gmail, Yahoo Mail or some other mail app.
Write to us at the top of this pre-populated email being sure to leave the list of information at the bottom of the email intact.
